Dashcam worth the money :

I ordered two different dashcams from SRS. This camera has a very good video quality and the best part seems to be it’s cloud storage and live access to the feed, irrespective of your distance from the car unlike other dascams.

The hardware installation process was quite simple. For software installation and cloud access we just simply have to connect with the number provided on the face of the user manual. The support team is extremely helpful and guided me through the process with utmost patience. I strongly recommend this device due to it’s quality and customer service.

Its a premium yet affordable with remote view.

All good, but it should have hadeSIM instead of a physical one. Keep in mind to remove the SIM when you give your vehicle for servicing. The can be misused; which is exactly why an eSIM is preferred, as it cannot be stollen.
Reverse camera does not have reverse gear connection.

I wanted to have a 2 channel dash camera with Multimedia player and 24/7 parking monitoring. I recently purchased it , everything functional as per the expectations . Matches all the product specifications. It has a good feature u can monitor it remotely . Loop recorded Videos are stored in the memory card and can be useful in tracking for any emergency.

I found customer care – very helpful. Rampravesh is very friendly and he explained everything over a WhatsApp video call and helped me to explain all the features and settings .

the primary reason why I had purchased it was the live view using 4g network. Which this device does as expected. Setting up this device was a big headache.. but the support person was very patient and calm. It took me 4 to 5 days to get this thing working.

The product comes feature-rich & good Cameras with wide-angle view. The ADAS feature is a nice to have feature though there is some room for betterment. Overall I am satisfied with the product that delivers on all the features promised & described. Not but not the least, the support extended by the Seller requires a special mention. I was looking for an Integrated unit for my Merc C Class. Key specs were to have good Camera (Front & rear), 4G support, 4GB RAM and 64GB Memory, ADAS and remote monitoring.

I picked up the mirror unit and installed it in my Merc. the unit was good and compact but the mirror was slightly longer than the unit and hence gave an awkward look. I spoke to their team.

More than the product i was impressed with their support. They are very proactive and forth coming. I swapped the mirror unit for a Dash top model – 2 Channel unit.

What i like:
1. Camera Quality is amazing. I was bit hesitant that it was not 4K camera for the front. But they proved me wrong. the quality for both front and rear camera is amazing with clear view of number plate in night / low light.
2. 4G SIM support was fantastic. Check your car from anywhere in the world. Check the location of the car with the GPS setup.
3. Indian company focused so much on good service is the best point i have seen. I had some config issues and they called me and resolved the issue over a WhatsApp call.
