- Every unit/product Sold by SRS Absolute/affiliate platforms are tested/verified/scanned & traced/ recorded at various phases to ensure secure sealed delivery in compliance to the shown product in company specialised tamperproof packaging with dynamic validation, abided by product specific policies.
- The customer is entitled to return/ replace or refund (on the no question basis) in case the product received is damaged/wrong item/defective/incomplete or as shown in the picture ordered by the customer. In such conditions, the customer will have to report SRS support team (support@srsabsolute.com) within 72 hours of receiving the product with clear image of bill, box, outer packaging, product/s, inner component/accessories/ contents, including unboxing video (must).
- Customized products are not eligible for returns.
- Products with physical/Water damage/ damaged accounted on the system/main product, components/ parts/accesories, wire cut, tampered OS/IMEI/Serial, mishandled or other damages caused by external factors are not eligible for the return.
- Products with Network/Infrastructure/External/Other dependencies are not considered as company commitment and must be buyers choice to pick the right compatible choices thereof for best experience without causing damages.
- If the customer want to return the product without any proper reason i.e. damaged/wrong item/defective/incomplete, company decision would be final.
- In case of approved returns, lab test would be executed over returned contents in comparison to originally shipped item/contents/IMEI/Serial No./ box to determine the refund.
- Fulfilment, logistics/support/manpower/accounted damages as well as GST may be deducted as on actuals for approved returns as applicable.
- No return/replacement/refund will be acceptable if the product is not dispatched within the 5 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Company would not be liable for un-approved returns, such receivables would be scrapped off as per dumping policy.
- In case of missing parts, if customer report within 72 hours about missing parts/components with images/video of product received, it will be dispatched separately and no shipping charges will be applied to the Customer.
- In case of pre-paid orders, the refund will be processed into original method of payment. The refund would reflect in customer’s account within 5 to 10 Bank working days.
- COD payment will be refunded with NEFT bank transfer if customer provides Bank name, Account name, and Bank account number with IFSC code.
